Immediate delivery after payment
After successful payment confirmation, purchased digital materials are made available electronically. All guides offered through Undorixara are digital. No physical shipping is involved.
Payments are processed by a third-party provider such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, or another provider available on the website. We do not store your full payment card details.
Once payment is confirmed, materials are made available through a download link, email delivery, account access where available, or another electronic method indicated during purchase. Access is provided only after we receive confirmation of a successful payment.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to payment verification, provider communication delays, email delays, temporary technical issues, security review, or incorrect checkout information.
How to access your materials
You will normally receive a confirmation email with order information and access instructions. Access may be provided through a download link sent to the checkout email, an Undorixara account where available, an order confirmation page, or another method indicated at purchase.
Download links are intended only for the purchaser. You are responsible for entering a valid email address.
Access duration
Where a specific access period applies, it will be shown on the relevant product page. Downloaded files for offline use may remain on your device, subject to the Terms of Service. Providing access does not transfer copyright. Rights remain with Undorixara or the applicable rights holder.
Download options
Files are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. You may not share download links, distribute files, upload them to file-sharing services, resell or sublicense them, publish them online, or make them available to unauthorized third parties.
Device compatibility
Materials are designed for commonly used devices that can open the supplied file type. An internet connection is generally required to complete purchase, receive confirmation, and download files. After download, continued internet access may not be required to read a locally stored PDF. We cannot guarantee identical formatting on every device.
What if I don’t receive access?
- Check spam and filtered folders.
- Confirm the checkout email address.
- Allow a reasonable period for payment confirmation.
- Check whether the payment is still pending.
- If account access is available, review your purchases.
- Contact Undorixara support if the materials are still unavailable.
Include your order number, checkout email, approximate purchase date, guide name, and available payment confirmation. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or passwords.
If payment was completed but the material was not delivered, we may reissue the download link or otherwise provide the purchased file.
